once you have installed Astra theme, now to import the sample site,

click➜ Get started

And now select➜ The Page Builder

We recommand Elementor, as it is easy to use and edit your site.

And now you will find different design that you can apply to your site.

As we are making an Ecommerce site, select➜ Ecommerce

and now select the design you like,

To import, click➜ Import complete site.

And again click➜ Import.
